Let’s Build and Play

Updated: Dec 31, 2020

Team building is a synonym for a happy working environment to ensure more work efficiency and productivity.

Keeping harmony with the globalized working environment, delivering the services at the pace of excellence is becoming a challenge in day to day life of us. Many times, I observed, teams, feel team-building exercise as an overhead and do not pay more attention to it.

To keep team members bounded and gel well together is need of time.

Let’s build and play” is team-building exercise or sessions for teams which are located across the globe and connected through a video call.

The purpose of these activities is to motivate your people to work together, to develop their strengths, and to address any weaknesses.

This exercise always fascinates me and challenges this as an investment for future gains. A year before, I have started these monthly sessions with my team where we play games virtually, chit chat together, explore and discuss various non-work-related topics with all team members including customer and client partners.

The key is running these sessions in a very constructive, well-managed way and have fun. Many times, it allows creating your team building games.

You can see the difference as I have seen that.

  1. The team starts talking which eventually encourages communication

  2. All members know each other personally and professionally

  3. A team becomes more focused, team spirit and fun

  4. Increases collaboration, network, and socialization

  5. Build Trust

  6. Ignite thoughts, sparks creativity

Here is some feedback -

  1. “It’s more fun to work with you all”

  2. “We are seeing the improved collaboration and increase in productivity”

  3. “This is a great activity! Thank you to everyone for going all in and being so creative and having so much fun with this!

  4. “It is an opportunity to see everyone and get to know each other better. It is such a wonderful experience and it is so nice to laugh with the team!”

Invest now for more fun working and better future gains.

Let’s Build and Play!!!
